Welcome to the colorful and exciting world of children's yoga! Here with us, elementary school children can discover the benefits of yoga in a playful way and have fun at the same time. Children's yoga is not only a great way to integrate movement into everyday life, but also promotes concentration, self-confidence and creativity.

We invite all elementary school children aged 6-10 years to take part in our children's yoga class. Together we will laugh, play and discover the joy of movement. Attendance is gratuitous! 🧘
