A naturally cloudy, bottom-fermented lager, a bit darker than the typical Austrian 'Zwickel', Ferdl has a full-bodied character and a slightly accentuated hop note.

Unser internationales Team aus Österreich, Deutschland, England und Italien vereint viel Expertise und unterschiedliche Traditionen um das beste Bier nach Wien zu bringen.
Alle Biere sind von unserem Brauer Stephan Börger frisch vor Ort gebraut und exklusiv im Gleis//Garten erhältlich.

Peppi ist unser Hauspils. Erfrischend herb mit einer feinen Hopfennote durch die Kalthopfenzugabe von 'Saphir' Hopfen. Schön ausgeglichen mit unserer hauseigenen malznote Durch Steinbach Malz.

An unfiltered, young lager. A Franconian speciality; sweet and malty, balanced with a moderate, crisp bitterness. Naturtrüb & Lecker.
Heidi
The beer that started it all. A tasty Helles with a sweet malt note and a very gentle hop note. It's a one-of-a-kind Lager that will make you thirsty for another one.
Otto
Our new fruity Hopfenweisse, dry-hopped with Sabro, Bru-1 and Cascade hops giving this wheat beer notes of coconut and pineapple matched with the signature banana Hefeweizen flavour.
Kalle
A proper classic west coast IPA with big hits of stonefruit, piney hop flavours and a dry finish. Big & Bold!
Lotte
Our classic traditional Bavarian Hefeweizen, creamy and full bodied with hints of banana. This brew will remind you of hiking up Bavarian mountain peaks in the summer.

Elfi
West Coast stands for hops that are grown in the western USA. These types of hops give the beer a refreshing lemon flavor 🍋 and a special 'piney' bitterness on the finish. 👌
Mirli
Our new experimental IPA brewed with yeast called “Mango Madness.” This yeast ferments very quickly at high temperatures and gets particularly fruity aromas out of the beer.
Gitti
Ein ordentlich kalt-gehopftes IPA. Hazy, fruchtig und fluffig mit stabilen 6.2% Alkoholgehalt. Gebraut mit viel Hafer und Weizen um den vollmundigen Geschmack abzurunden.
Rainer
Ein klassisches rotes IPA. Herb und malzig, vollmundig und natürlich rot. Nur für kurze Zeit erhältlich! Haltet es mal gegens Licht, das macht ein schönes Bild.
Hajo
Ein erfrischendes, fruchtiges Pale Ale. Gebraut mit Simcoe, Mosaic & Citra Cryo Hopfen. Hajo ist benannt nach Anton’s Onkel aus Hamburch!

A big, hazy IPA with notes of tropical fruits. Hints of coconut, lemon and lime sherbet accompanied by a medium body and low bitterness.
Maike
A traditionally piney west coast pale ale with notes of orange peel and a apricot jam undertone. Dry and crisp finish.

A classic english stout made with german ingredients with hints of chocolate and toasted bread. Ready in time for the rugby season and st. Patricks day!
Tommi
A hazy IPA with big notes of papaya, mango, melon and stone fruit. Medium body and a subtle bitterness make this beer a truly juicy beer.

A big, juice New England IPA with big hits of pineapple, stone fruit and lime zest. A medium carbonation and light bitterness delivered by the famous verdant yeast.

A Bavarian Hefeweizen dry-hopped with a healthy dose of Huell Melon hops to give it a fruity hop aroma resting on the creamy yet light wheat beer base.

This is a crispy boi hopped with Hallertauer Tradition, Spalter Select & Tettnanger. Super crisp and sessionable.

Our classic German Pils, a true Crispy Boi! A noble hop aroma from all German hops; Hersbrucker, Mittelfrüh & Hallertauer Tradition. Thirst quenching, balancing the bitterness and a very crisp finish.
Knirps
Our lowest ABV beer we ever brewed(!) is a sessionable lager that had a big whirlpool edition of New Zealand Motueka hops. Big hits of limezest in this! Crisp. Fresh. Crushable.
Herbert
A tweaked version of our first ever pale ale - this is a sessionable, zesty pale ale with lots of grapefruit, orange & pineapple notes. Refreshing with a sharp, slightly piney finish.
Walter
Unser Bockbier besticht durch seine malzigen Karamallnoten. Es kombiniert einen vollmundig, süßlichen Charakter, mit einer Note von Trockenfrüchten und einem wärmendem Abgang.
Sepp
Dieses Schwarzbier zeichnet sich durch leichte Röstnoten aus, welche mit einem schlanken Körper ein unheimlich süffiges Bier ausmachen. Ein sehr ausgewogenes Bier, dunkel braun bis tief schwarz.
Mikkeller Berliner Weisse
Characteristically slightly cloudy and finely sparkling, yet wonderfully fresh and slightly hopped. Also known as the “Champagne of the North” since Napoleon's time.

Unser erstes Tank-bier in Wien. Gebraut von Elchbräu in Thuisbrunn, Franken. Dies ist ein super süffiges Vollbier, eines unserer Lieblingsbiere der Welt. Vielen Dank an Georg Kugler!

Phanta is our first beer brewed in Vienna together with the Austrian Microbrewery of the Year 2022, Ten Fifty. Brewed with Phantasm, a recently discovered ingredient elevating the fruity notes.

The Lemon Drop
We teamed up with Anspach & Hobday to brew a special type of Berliner Weisse. A sour beer that was lagered and dry hopped with a hop called Lemon Drop.
The German Kraft Pale
Our collaboration made exclusively for our new site in Mayfair. An English pale ale made with German hops and a German Koelsch yeast at Anspach & Hobday's new brewery in Croydon.
Kernkraft
Our first ever collab with the amazing Solvay Society. This is a Lager, Saison hybrid with 5.8% mixing the best of Belgian and German traditions to create a well balanced, easy drinking beer.
Fritz Taube
Our first ever collab with Anspach & Hobday in Bermondsey. It's a punchy fest Hefeweizen. Similar to our core range wheat but packed with a denser malt base, creating a strong wheat beer.
Eins, Zwei, G'Suffa
Our collab with Gipsy Hill Brewery, a hazy Hopenweisse. We used a Hefeweizen base with german wheat yeast and dry hopped it lots with exotic hops to create a hazy, smooth Hopfenweisse.

Our brewers wanted to strip things right back and see what they could do with one type of malt and one hop, using Vienna malt we have created a lager that is clean, crisp but with a smooth mouthfeel.

Sommer (W)Heat, our summer hopfenweisse, a light, hoppy wheat beer dry hopped with Olicana, Hallertauer Blanc & Eukanot hops. Lemon, grapefruit zest, grapes & passion fruit on the nose.

O'Zapft Is!
Ozapft is! Our Oktoberfest amber lager with caramel and honey notes, brewed with experimental hops, a catchy name and featuring our very first employee and now site manager, Billy Bagilhole.

Our 2018 Oktoberfest lager edition. A dark amber Festbier simply called "O", packs a solid 5.6% and is super drinkable with its deep malt character.
Kraft Rocket
Our first ever beer brewed in Elephant and Castle. This beer was released on the 10th of March 2018. It's a deep amber lager or 'Festbier' in German to celebrate the journey that we embarked upon.
Lager Zen Life
"Lager zen life" - A hoppy lager, dry hopped with Mandarina Bavaria giving it hints of orange peel. Polaris as bittering hops create a hoppy dry finish.
Kurt
Our first ever Pale Ale. Grapefruity and refreshing zesty aromas from our biggest ever dry-hopping charge of Simcoe, Citra & Amarillo and fermented with a 'Kviek' yeast.
Ludwig
A traditional German style amber lager. Sweet & malt forward with a subtle hoppy bitterness to balance out the breadlike character.
Leopold
Leopold is a traditional Bavarian Festbier with notes of bread crust, toasted nuts and caramel flavours. Lagered for 8 weeks this beer is a clean example of the traditional style.
Keller Konig
Amber Keller lager with hints of caramel notes and a bit hoppier than our classic Heidi. Featuring Ludwig X, the father of the German purity law from 1516.
Kloster Monk
Our first ever Munich Dunkel style Lager. Bringing back memories of all the monastery breweries in Franconia and their exceptional dark lagers, this is a clean malt-forward beer. Lagered for 8 weeks.
Hopfen Kiss
Our German take on a pale ale. Kissed by Citra and Cascade Hops in the dry hopping stage and made using wheat yeast.
Heike
A lighter, dry hopped version of our Franconian classic Helles. Dry hopped with Mandarina Bavaria hops this is a well balanced Lager with beautiful zesty hop notes coming through.
Home Melone
Home Melone, our spring pilsner. Dry hopped with Hull Melon hops giving it a honey melon aroma and a crisp, dry finish.
Froni
Our West Coast Pale Ale - Clean crisp and light with a refreshing bitterness. Single hop Nelson Sauvin.
Hop Salat
The German answer to hazy pale ales this is a soft hefeweizen with loads of aroma hops - Huell Melon, Azacca & Amarillo. Citrus peel, mango, honey melon & the signature hefeweizen banana flavours!
Franka
A clean and crisp Pale Ale. Piney with a smooth lingering bitterness, this beer has notes of candied sweets and grapefruit.
Frank
A tropical IPA with notes of pineapple, mango and lime zest. Subtle bitterness paired with a creamy full body.
Fox Schuh
Amber Ale brewed for early spring, this beer is named after the culprit that has been breaking into our brewery, stealing the brewers boots. Very sessionable at our lowest ever ABV of 4.3%.
Franzl
Our amber session festbier for Oktoberfest this year. A toasty malt flavour, cabringing a red hue to this 4.5% lager. Notes of caramel and a herbaceous, noble hop aroma.
Chim Chimeny
Our dark Rauchbier is nearly black in colour, has a deep smoky taste which is achieved by exposing the malt to the intense, aromatic smoke of burning beech. The perfect autumn beer.
Leopold
Leopold ist ein traditionelles bayerisches Festbier. Bernsteinfarbend, mit dezenten Noten von Brotkruste, gerösteten Nüssen und Karamellaromen. Dieses 8 Wochen gelagerte Bier ist ein reines Beispiel des traditionellen Festbier Stils.
