Are dogs allowed on the Gleis//Garten?
Dogs are very welcome here. However, we ask that you make sure that your dog does not pee onto our trees, otherwise we will have a hygiene problem in the hall and this would mean that we can no longer allow dogs.

How do you get to the Gleis//Garten and is there a customer parking space?
Unfortunately, we do not have private parking facilities. Parking is only possible in the surrounding streets/alleys. However, public travel is possible by Badner Bahn, line 18, 6 or 62 - Eichenstraße station. You can also reach us in about 15 minutes on foot from Meidlinger and Matzleinsdorf train stations.

Is the Gleis//Garten wheelchair accessible?
Yes, our beautiful hall is wheelchair accessible, with the exception of the stage. Should you need a wheelchair accessible space when making a reservation, please be sure to state this when making your reservation. There is also a toilet accessible at ground level.

How does your concept work?
Every guest can choose and put together their own culinary delights at the restaurant stands and pay for them directly there. Either you will receive your order directly at the catering stand or you will receive a buzzer that you can take with you to your table. A vibration tells you that you are ready to pick up your order.

How do you do that with the plants?
We attach great importance to the well-being of our plants. That's why we have our own gardener who lovingly takes care of them. We also have an automatic irrigation system for our palm and olive trees.

Is there anything for kids?
We also welcome our young visitors with great pleasure! In our children's corner, there are a variety of wooden toys and other entertaining things so that the little ones can have a great time. Do you have WiFi?
You can easily connect to our guest WiFi on site. If you have any questions about this, please contact one of our employees.

Can I charge my laptop with you?
There are power outlets available in the hall to charge or power various devices.

Can anyone smoke at your place?
You have the opportunity to smoke in our beer garden. Ashtrays are also available there. Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is not permitted in the Gleis//Garten.

Can I pay with cash?
We are a cashless company and therefore accept all major cards, including Edenred. If you only have cash with you, it is possible to top up a pre-paid card at our bars or café. This card can then be used without an expiration date until it is empty.

What happens to the remaining money on my pre-paid card?
You can use the pre-paid cards until they are empty and have them recharged on site at any time. Your credit doesn't expire. However, if you want your money back because you don't know when you will visit us again, that is of course also possible. In this case, please simply get the remaining money back at the cocktail bar. This does not apply to pre-paid reservation cards.

Do you offer a voucher for the Gleis//Garten?
The pre-paid cards can be purchased on site at the cocktail bar. You can then give them away and make them happy.

Are table reservations possible?
Reservations are possible from Monday to Sunday for groups of 10 people or more. In general, we accept around 100 seat reservations so that everyone who simply stops by can find a seat.

If I come to a party with a group of people, what payment options are available to us?
1.
Everyone pays individually directly at the catering stands
2nd Pre-paid cards: You give us a balance per person in advance and receive the cards when you arrive. If you decide at short notice, it is also possible to top up the pre-paid cards with the desired balance upon arrival. Depending on the quantity, this can result in a longer wait time. You use the cards you have provided to make payments at the restaurant stands. If you want to use this method and have a VAT If you want to bill, we need your budget for drinks & food separately per person.
3rd Collective invoice: After your arrival, you will receive a bracelet that you show at the restaurant stands to identify yourself. Payment for the entire consumption is then made at our bar at the end of your evening.

Can I book separate rooms in the Gleis//Garten?
Our open-plan room concept does not have any separate rooms to book. However, if you are planning a company party with us, then it is possible to separate an area. For more detailed explanations, please contact feiern@gleisgarten.com

Can I bring my own decoration for my event?
You may bring decoration under the following conditions:
- by arrangement with the track//garden team
- no plastic
- no confetti
- Company banners are allowed
- no balloons filled with helium

Can I bring my own music?
We are looking forward to offering you a diverse music program on site and ask for your understanding that we cannot therefore allow external music.

Can I book a buffet or external catering for my party?
The Gleis//Garten uses an open concept with 9 catering stands where guests can serve themselves. As a result, we do not offer catering or buffet services. For specific inquiries, please contact feiern@gleisgarten.com.

Can I bring my own birthday cake?
You are also welcome to bring your own birthday cake. But our pastries are also available at the café.

Darüber hinaus möchte ich euch darauf aufmerksam machen, dass in unserer Halle aus Sicherheitsgründen keine Feuerwerkskörper, Heliumluftballons oder Konfetti verwendet werden dürfen.

Are there vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options?
At Gleis//Garten, you will of course also find various vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free dishes. You can find information about this on every menu. If you are unsure, feel free to ask at the respective catering stand and you will receive your information.

How does the Local Hero work and how do I become a restaurateur in Gleis//Garten?
We give interested restaurateurs and those who want to become one the opportunity to test their concept with us for a month — at no great cost! To apply, please send us your food concept as a PDF or PowerPoint to Klaus@gleisgarten.com. We want to know what you want to make and what dishes should be served — perhaps even with photos. We would love to hear your ideas!

What do you have to eat & drink?
The Gleis//Garten offers 9 restaurant stands, 2 bars and freshly brewed beer from our in-house brewery. We ask for your understanding that we do not offer buffet, catering or table service.

How does brunch work?
Each of the 9 restaurateurs offers their own brunch menu, which you can choose from directly at the restaurant stands. There is no all-you-can-eat buffet and no package price. The wide range of offers can be found under Menus.
