Local Hero: Pandonator

Pandonator - "The Superhero in the Stove." Behind it all is Filip, a passionate chef who believes that many things can be done even better. He cooks vegetarian/vegan dishes and emphasizes organic produce. Whole grain products, regional producers, and avoiding highly processed foods are also a big part of living a healthier and happier life. Much of the restaurant scene didn't align with his values ​​- at some point it became clear that he wanted to start his own business. Inspired by travels through Asia, he became fascinated by the street food culture there, which hasn't yet taken root in our country. At the end of 2024, he fulfilled his dream with a custom-built food bike from the Paul & Ernst brand in Tyrol. It's scheduled to launch this summer, but until it gets warmer outside, Filip is taking the opportunity to treat guests in the Gleisgarten with his creations...
